Dominic Octavius Fariello

A native Floridian, Dominic Octavius Fariello was born in Jacksonville in 1976, the year of our country’s bi-centennial. His family relocated to Tampa in 1981 where he grew up in Carrollwood, a northern suburb of Tampa and graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1994.

Dominic earned a B.A. in 1998 in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF). While in college, Dominic developed much of his social skills through his volunteer leadership activities serving as Cadet US Army ROTC, as Senate President UCF Student Government and as President of Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) Fraternity.

Prior to attending law school in 1999, Dominic worked as a clerk at the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP in downtown Orlando, assigned to the Department of Offices Services and Bankruptcy. He attended the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL and for a summer, he enrolled in a University of Miami School of Law Program in London, England. He then studied International Law at the University College of London while living in Camden Town, a northern suburb of London in 2000.

In 2002 Dominic graduated with a J.D. from Nova Southeastern and earned his license to practice law in the state of Florida that same year. In 2003 he was licensed to practice law in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. After working as an associate attorney for two law firms, Dominic opened his own practice of Dominic O. Fariello, PA in 2004.

Initially, Dominic’s law office was located on Kennedy Blvd. in South Tampa and then in July 2008, its current location was opened in the Historic Hyde Park District, conveniently located two blocks from Bayshore Blvd. in South Tampa.
